Check out Garrett Oliver's "The Brewmaster's Table" It is one of my favourites. Oh, and while we are talking about Michael Jackson, don't forget about the nationwide toast to Michael Jackson that will take place on September 30th at 9PM. If you can not make it to a participating Pub near you, toast him on your own at that date and time and consider making a small donation to the NPF with "Tribute to Michael Jackson" in the subject line. We (beer lovers) owe him a lot! Plus the proceeds from the toast will go to benefit the NPF (National Parkinson Foundation) I’ll second Michael Jackson and Garrett Oliver.
